Case Manager Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-focused professional to provide tailored case management services to young people with identified barriers impacting their engagement with mainstream education.
* Deliver case management services within our model, supporting the development of skills and knowledge required for successful engagement.
* Collaborate with alternative learning teachers and other professionals to deliver learning programs that meet the needs of disadvantaged youth.
* Work towards achieving specified outcomes in funding contracts and program guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one or more relevant qualifications, such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Youth Work or Youth Justice, Bachelor of Social Work or Psychology, or Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Child Protection). They will also have experience in engaging and working with young people who are disadvantaged by homelessness, offender history, family breakdown, poverty, or lack of education.
