Senior Digital Trader
THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join Havas Media as a Senior Digital Trader and be part of the rapidly expanding team in a collaborative, outcome obsessed, data driven integrated media agency.
The Senior Digital Trader will implement, manage, and optimise buys in DSP's and other platforms. You will manage campaign goals and measurement, such as scale, ramp up time, creative used, and cost per conversion. In this position, you will interpret campaign performance while providing creative insights, reporting, and media solutions to meet campaign challenges.
You will contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities and communicate creative solutions to planning teams. You are results-driven, detail- and numbers-oriented individual, who is able to solve problems creatively and analytically. The Senior Digital Trader is expected to execute and optimize programmatic display/video/social/mobile campaigns across multiple platforms.

Day to day, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing & pacing optimally.
2. Setup campaigns to succeed from day one.
3. Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyse complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals.
4. Troubleshoot campaign challenges.
5. Implementing campaign optimisations within the DSPs.
6. Working across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, Ad servers & Attribution, Brand safety etc.
7. Client reporting & optimization commentary.
8. Delivery & incremental forecasting
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience in and knowledge of the following:
9. Minimum 2+ years media agency experience
10. Previous digital trading experience in a media agency environment
11. Experience with DSPs and ad servers
12. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment
13. A team-focused approach that allows you to work harmoniously with multiple internal and external stakeholders
14. Impeccable attention to detail
15. Excellent time management and organisational skills
16. Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
