It's an exciting time to join the team!The RoleWe're searching for an exceptional Product Manager to join Bridgit as we scale our fintech platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, has a strong product mindset, and enjoys building products that truly make a difference in people's lives.You'll work closely with our Head of Product and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring new features and products to life.
Your focus will be on driving strategy, owning the roadmap, and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with our business goals.What you'll doOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and definition through to delivery and iterationDevelop a deep understanding of our customers, business needs, and market opportunitiesShape and prioritise the product roadmap in line with business strategy and customer valueCollaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to bring new features and improvements to marketUse customer feedback, analytics, and market research to inform decisions and measure product successTranslate complex problems into clear product requirements and user storiesLead planning and delivery of initiatives within cross-functional squads while demonstrating strong project management skills, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and impact.Continuously look for ways to simplify, scale, and improve our product and internal processesWhat we're looking for5+ years experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth tech or startup environmentStrong project ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyA customer-first mindset and strong intuition for user experience and product designAnalytical skills to interpret data and make informed product decisionsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing or prototyping toolsSolid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with designers.Competence in data analytics; Power BI experience is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative and adaptable approach, with an appetite for ownership and accountabilityOur Culture and BenefitsBridgit values its team, they are the heart of how we build this business.
