About the role: As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: Providing technical advice and product support to help customers choose and apply the right paint and coating systems; Managing communication between internal teams and customers to keep long-term projects running smoothly; Maintaining product knowledge and sharing practical insights with clients; Assisting with the development of sales and marketing materials, including product data sheets and specifications; Delivering colour matching support and paint formulation assistance to meet customer needs; and Building relationships with customers, distributors and industry partners. About you: To be successful in this role, you will have experience in industrial and/or automotive coatings, along with product knowledge and the ability to provide clear, practical knowledge. Our client will train you on the specifics of each product and you will get a full understanding of your customer base, the products that you use and their applications. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. The confidence to meet with existing and new customers is essential and the ability to build up good working relationships with them will be the foundation of your success.
