As a senior member of the delivery team, you will lead business analysis activities, shape both current and future state processes, and provide strategic input into system and operational change.This role requires someone who can quickly establish credibility, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver value from day one.Key Responsibilities:Lead business analysis activities across a critical transformation programConduct detailed current state analysis and define robust future state processesDrive process re‐engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, and outcomesFacilitate workshops and work closely with stakeholders to capture and validate business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements to support system and operational improvementsSupport the delivery of system enhancements and operational change initiativesProvide strategic input into business and technology decisions aligned with asset lifecycle managementAbout YouExtensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environmentsStrong experience with IBM Maximo (highly desirable)Experience within water utilities or similar organisations (highly desirable)Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and operational processes (highly desirable)Alternatively, deep experience working within asset‐intensive industries (water, utilities, infrastructure, transport, energy)Demonstrated success delivering process re‐engineering and transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across technical and business teamsAbility to step into a program quickly and provide immediate impactThe Benefits3-month rolling contractCompetitive day ratesHybrid working environment
