Service Overview
The Kalgoorlie Young People's Service is a leading centre for mental health support, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all activities align with the service grant agreement.
To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in behavioural/social sciences, youth work, health/mental health nursing or an approved equivalent. You must have demonstrated experience in managing staff and team performance, and be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.

* Develop and promote the centre's vision and strategic plan, fostering a supportive environment that drives positive outcomes.
* Promote a culture of excellence within the team, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
* Oversee the recruitment and selection of new staff members, ensuring they possess the required skills and qualifications.
* Maintain accurate records of staff performance and development, informing future decision-making.
