Due to growth and an internal promotion, they are looking for a Site Foreman to join their Geelong team and start work on a major project on the Bellarine.

**The Role**:
Reporting to a highly experienced Site Manager, you will:
- Manage and lead teams of on-site employees and subcontractors
- Mentor and manage performance reviews for team members
- Work closely with Site Manager, Project Manager and Contract Administrator to ensure project milestones are met
- Foster client relationships with early and regular communication
- Establish and monitor OHS and safe work practices
- Control costs for profitable outcomes
- Liaise with local stakeholders to minimise disruption
- Maintain systems: Procore, Hammertech and Blue Beam
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies
**About You**:
- You have 3+ years' experience as a Site Foreman
- Either trade-qualified or Bachelor of Construction/Architecture with On-Site focus and experience
- Knowledge of cement, steel and structural engineering
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Honest, reliable, punctual
- A solid work ethic and team player
- Knowledge of Procore, Hammertech and Blue Beam is advantageous.
