Job Description
As an Employment Partner, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals strengthen their employability skills and progress towards gaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
You will work closely with internal staff and external support services to assist customers overcome personal and professional barriers, and source suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.
This is a rewarding and varied customer-facing role that requires high-quality person-centred services to our customers.
* Meet individual and team key performance targets.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver personalized case management services.
* Coach customers to build capacity and skills.
* Identify and address barriers to employment, and offer guidance on job searching, resumes, and interview preparation.
* Advocate for customers to ensure their rights are protected and their voices are heard in matters relating to employment and support services.
* Network with community services and employers.
* Identify new job opportunities, matching customers to jobs.
* Undertake reverse marketing, job creation activity, and bespoke job carving (applying Customized Employment Principles).
