The Enquiries Officer plays a vital role in the Customer Service Centre, forming part of the ICT Business and Support Services Section.
Primary responsibilities include answering enquiries from external customers. Additionally, as a member of this section, you will need to be willing to undergo training to perform the Site Support Officer role in the ACMA Corporate Service Desk as required. Full support and training will be provided for both roles.
This position involves providing administrative support for Licensing, Radio/Television Interference and VAST appeal registration work.
