About the Role
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
* Prepare, collate, and distribute reports, business papers, and correspondence efficiently.
* Prioritise tasks, follow up on delegated actions, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Act as a point of contact, handling inquiries and referring matters appropriately.
* Take accurate minutes, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
