Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers post-contract to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.
- Drive renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Conduct business reviews, including issue identification, opportunity assessment, and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities, including follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Inside Sales.
- Advanced proficiency in Sales Onboarding.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Bonus Points:
- Advanced proficiency in Sales Origination.
- Advanced proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
