We are seeking a senior social worker to lead clinical services, enhance patient care, and mentor staff in grief, bereavement, and end-of-life care. Ideal Candidate
Must have a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work eligible for AASW membership and experience at Level 2 or higher.
Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and recent experience in inpatient/community settings, including end-of-life and palliative care.
Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and research.
Experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, and staff development.
