About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to assist in leading our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Handling guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback
* Maintaining quality assurance and service standards
* Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
* Managing shifts and staff rosters
* Overseeing POS and cashier functions
* Supporting the wider management team as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' hospitality experience
* Relevant qualifications, minimum Certificate IV
* Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Sound knowledge of food safety standards
* Strong understanding of food and beverage service and products
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to perform in a busy environment
* Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Permanent working rights in Australia or the ability to work long-term
