Improved Health and Rehab is seeking to employ a dynamic physiotherapist on a part-time basis, with a view to full-time hours in the relaxed regional community of Kilcoy. This role would suit a new graduate or an experienced physiotherapist.
Your Role Includes:
· Delivering therapy programs in different locations in the Kilcoy Area— in homes, in the gym, in the local community Health Hub, and/or hydrotherapy in the local pool.
· Conducting physical, functional, and falls-risk assessments across multiple funding streams (Aged Care, NDIS, DVA, Private) using HiCaps machine.
· Implementing exercise therapy, mobility, balance training, and pain management plans
· Delivering both a Hip and Knee Program as well as an All-Abilities Balance and Coordination Program
· Collaborating closely with another Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist to enhance person-centred care and improve your skills
· Working with individuals with a broad range of physical, developmental, metabolic, cognitive, and neurological conditions

You Must Be:
· A qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration
· Passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan, from young adults to older adults
· A team player who seeks new ideas, new approaches, and new perspectives
· Willing to travel between the gym and the Health Hub
· Able to obtain Aged Care Police Check, NDIS Yellow Card, Blue Card, First Aid, CPR
