The Role
This is a dual role where you’ll balance leadership with hands-on teaching:
1. Mentor and support educators with curriculum planning and EYLF
2. Lead engaging learning programs on the floor
3. Ensure compliance with NQF & frameworks
4. Build strong connections with families and the community
About You
1. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in early childhood or classroom teaching
3. Confident leader with mentoring experience
4. Passionate, collaborative, and committed to high-quality education
(Applicants working towards their qualification – with 50% completed – may also be considered if NT requirements are met.)
