Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this Service Technician role involves the mechanical aspects of repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment within a specified region, contributing to our expansive national network.
What Will You Do?
Cylinder sharpening and Cutting unit setup.
Adhere to OEM guidelines to build new equipment fit for customer use effectively.
Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
Establishing qualified working relationships with customers.
Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
What Do You Need?
Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills.
A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn recent skills.
Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric, and mobile plant equipment, with a solid base of diagnostic skills.
Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
