About the Sales Operations Role
The Sales Operations Specialist supports regional sales teams by enhancing process efficiency, managing systems, and coordinating logistics, rentals, fleet, and asset management.
* Collaborate with the operations team to foster a cohesive work environment and achieve shared objectives.
* Maintain and optimize sales operations processes to improve productivity.
* Drive the adoption of D365 across the team.
* Assist in sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and deal processes.
* Prepare accurate reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.
* Coordinate logistics to ensure equipment is reliable, safe, and compliant.
* Support WHS requirements, including risk assessments and incident follow-up.
