Our Pilbara division has an opportunity for a proven Mechanical Superintendent who is local to Port Hedland now, or looking to relocate in the immediate future. This is a critical role for the business so FIFO is not a preference for this role.
What you will bring to the role:
* S26 or you will be in the process of completing this qualification.
* Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring successful delivery within scope, cost, and timeline constraints.
* You will be driven with a natural flair to "over deliver" with our client's expectations. Advanced client & customer service skills are a priority.
* You will have experience with site scoping of job fronts and sustaining capital projects.
* You will enhance positive working relationships with customers and within our existing team.
* You will be a Leader and Mentor with our operational staff whilst maintaining excellent employee relations encouraging productivity, motivation and positive morale.
