Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-performing brand marketing teams across B2C and B2B sectors, driving growth and community presence in Western Australia.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns to achieve acquisition and brand awareness objectives, including creative concepting and development, media buying, and campaign rollout.
* Manage relationships with advertising, media, and research agencies.
* Sponsorships and event activations, including contract evaluation and negotiation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
Bring 5+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising environment at manager level, preferably in a consumer-facing business.
Possess strong knowledge of the Western Australian marketing landscape and competitive environment.
Demonstrate leadership capability and ability to manage multiple marketing disciplines.
