Commissioning Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team for the East Rockingham Waste to Energy project, located south of Perth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated commissioning plans to ensure alignment with project timelines and performance targets.
* Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for Boiler and Auxiliaries systems.
* Conduct functional tests, cold and hot commissioning, system tuning, and performance validation to achieve optimal emissions control and operational efficiency.
* Participate in mechanical completion inspections and walkdowns to verify equipment installations and readiness for commissioning.
* Lead the commissioning of all Boiler and auxiliary systems, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards.
* Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely execution and resolution of technical issues.
* Identify and resolve technical and operational issues related to Waste Crane, Ram Feeder, Grate Moving, CCS, CCS+, Rapping system, and Hydraulic system.
* Track system performance, analyze data, and generate reports on commissioning progress and operational improvements.
* Provide technical guidance and training to plant operators and maintenance teams during transition to full-scale operations.
