Leading Australian Servies business requires an experienced Change Manager to support a major enterprise transformation program for an initial 6 months contract. This role will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions across the business, helping to design and embed a standardised operating model that enables scalable, consistent, and high-performing operation Key Responsibilities; Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large transformation program Partner with SMEs to define and embed a Standard Operating Model for administrative functions Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency uplift Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communications Drive adoption of new processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery expectations Support the delivery of scalable, repeatable processes across the organisation Monitor change impact and ensure successful business readiness and transition To succeed in this role you will need; Proven experience as a Change Manager within large-scale transformation programs Strong background in operating model design and process improvement Experience working in complex, enterprise environments Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and administrative functions Demonstrated success driving adoption and behavioural change Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving program environment An attractive daily rate is on offer for the successful candidate.
