Customer Service Operative
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to be based at Townsville Shopping Centre on a Part-time basis.

The Position
Responsibilities
As a member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing assistance as needed.
* Answering and responding to telephone enquiries.
* Issuing gift vouchers and mobility aids to customers.
* Liaising with centre management and tenants.
* Assisting with marketing and other centre initiatives.
