Job Description:
The role of Senior Administration Officer is a key position within the Airports Team, providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager and airport management team. As a proactive and adaptable individual, you will be responsible for assisting with customer enquiries, data management, compliance support, coordination of commercial leases and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Manager and airport management team.
* Assist with customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage electronic files and documents in SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
* Prepare information for incorporation into annual reports, monthly council reports and other reports as required.
* Coordinate commercial leases for various tenancy areas within the airports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Experience with SharePoint and document control (or keen to learn).
* Certificate IV in Business Administration and at least three years equity-based experience.
* Understanding of confidentiality with documentation and administrative tasks.
