You'll be executing performance-driven marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and business growth for our clients across the food, beverage, events, and tourism sectors. You'll be creating and looking after campaigns from start to finish – that means putting together creative, putting ads into market, optimising campaigns, reporting on results and updating strategies as per your findings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Analyse campaign performance, optimising for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Design ad creative with agility so that your ad strategies can stay dynamic.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximise effectiveness.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and spend efficiency.
Provide in-depth reports and insights on campaign performance, recommending areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising best practices.
Requirements
2 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other advertising platforms.
Demonstrated experience managing campaigns with an eye on performance metrics.
Budget management skills, including forecasting and meeting ROI targets.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams for impactful ad development.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with regional markets and consumer behavior is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
