Join us in shaping the future of rail signaling and make a lasting impact on the world's transportation infrastructure.As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees, clients, operators and maintainers working on signaling, communications, and train control systems.
This includes ensuring compliance with federal regulations, developing technical training materials capable of supporting modern rail infrastructure and safety systems.Key ActivitiesDesign and deliver training programs for modern railway signaling systems (e.g. CBTC), various communication systems, operations systems and other advanced monitoring systems used for railway operations.Develop course materials, assessments, and certification pathways.Maintain and upgrade training simulators for hands-on learning.Ensure training programs meet the Clients Specifications, FRA, FTA, and other regulatory standards.Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits and compliance.Lead classroom and field-based instruction.Mentor and evaluate trainees, including task-based assessments and performance reviews.Provide feedback and recommendations for continued improvement.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop training material.Develop electronic and advanced training modules.Coordinate with external partners and clients.Represent the training programs in cross-functional initiatives and expansion projects.Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience).5–10 years of experience in rail signaling, communications, or training.Robust communication and teaching abilitiesTechnical proficiency in signaling systems and electronicsProject management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in field environmentsBenefits401(k) with employer match after 90 daysGenerous Paid Time Off / 10 Paid Holidays / Extended Paid Holiday (Dec. 25 - Jan 1)Tuition and training reimbursementPaid maternity and parental leaveCompany-paid life and disability insurance
