Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support for our Civil division on a complex Water Tank Construction Project in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions.
* Maintain accurate records of site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll teams.
* Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and training programs.
* Manage invoicing processes, purchasing orders, and receipting of goods.
* Oversee filing systems, record keeping requirements, and reporting obligations.
* Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables inventory.
* Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent computer and system skills, particularly in MS Excel.
* Experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing processes.
* Familiarity with JobPac and TimeTarget software (desirable).
* Knowledge of Project Bank Accounts reporting (beneficial).
