Customer Relationship Management Specialist
* Deliver impactful, relevant, and timely customer communications that drive business outcomes through operational campaign execution.
* Oversee end-to-end execution and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns to provide best-in-class omnichannel experiences across SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the delivery of innovative, engaging, and personalised campaigns from the Customer Marketing Power Plan across owned channels.
* Champion our brand tone of voice through copy and style of communications, ensuring we maximise our Product, Racing, and Sporting experiences.
* Develop and share detailed communication plans for each campaign, including copy, creative, timing, and placements.
* Lead the build and optimisation of core automated journeys within Braze based on behavioural triggers and high-value actions.
* Ensure all campaigns are delivering as expected and to the right customers, with a heightened focus on regulatory or high-impact campaigns.
* Conduct quality assurance checks on CRM communications campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and regulatory adherence.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
* CRM/Braze experience.
* Genuine passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
* Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and ability to champion it through communications.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
