Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking experienced Furniture Finishers to join the team in VIC . 2 Full-time position/s available $70,000-$85,000 PA Location: VIC The Role Preparing surfaces through sanding (orbital and block sanding techniques) Applying finishes including solid colours and stains Using 2-pack (2pac) paint systems via spray gun Ensuring consistency and precision in all finishing work Conducting quality checks on final products to meet company standards Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe workspace Collaborating with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations The Person Proven experience using 2pac paint with spray guns Experience applying both solid colour and stain finishes (similar to automotive painting processes) Strong sanding skills, including orbital and hand/block sanding High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to inspect and quality-check finished products A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in furniture finishing, automotive painting, or similar industry (highly regarded) How to Apply If you are interested in hearing more about this position, please apply with your updated resume today.
