About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this crucial role to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients and clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD). You will work with a fabulous team of Allied Health Professionals and get the opportunity to step into a position where you are in charge and no two days are the same.
You will have the opportunity to work within a range of settings, including our brand new, state of the art, Griffith Base Hospital.
As The Senior Physiotherapist, You Will Be Responsible For
* Working collaboratively and where appropriate lead the multidisciplinary team to optimise health status and well-being of each client/patient and carer in the optimum environment and facilitate safe and timely discharge from the service.
* Maintaining appropriate and accurate activity statistics and documentation.
* Providing high level clinical expertise and knowledge in your specialty area (which may include generalist practice) within MLHD.

Our Ideal Candidate Will
* Hold a Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
* Advanced knowledge, skills, clinical experience and ability to provide patient-centred, evidence-based Physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas and a willingness to use telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.
* Excellence in communication skills, including the skills required for interacting constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
