We are seeking a seasoned Building Services Design Specialist to deliver innovative solutions across diverse commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in design, drafting, and documentation of building services, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
* Develop and coordinate building services designs, including communications, electrical, fire, lift, mechanical, and security systems.
* Collaborate with engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with the National Construction Code, local authority requirements, and Australian Standards.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality designs across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in commercial building services design drafting, with strong proficiency in Autodesk REVIT and knowledge of relevant standards.
