Office Manager / Senior Dealership Administrator Brisbane Northside An established and successful automotive business is seeking an experienced dealership administration professional to take ownership of a broad and varied administration role, within a busy used-vehicle operation based on Brisbane's Northside. Operating a high-volume business selling approximately 250 vehicles per month, this organisation offers a stable environment, established processes and a supportive team culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dealership administrator looking for a long-term role with genuine autonomy and responsibility. They are flexible regarding how the position is structured and welcome applications from candidates seeking: Full-time employment Part-time employment Job-share arrangements Interim or casual support opportunities About the Role Reporting to senior management, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day administration and accounting functions of the business while supporting the sales operation and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Vehicle registrations Vehicle acquisitions and stocking Processing retail and wholesale vehicle deals Raising invoices Creditor invoice processing Posting accounting transactions Statement reconciliations Vehicle debtor management Banking and cash processing General dealership administration Supporting sales administration requirements About You To be successful, you will ideally bring: Previous dealership administration experience Strong understanding of automotive retail processes Experience processing registrations Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies Highly regarded but not essential: Current QLD Transport Accreditation Pentana DMS experience Experience within a dealership environment What's on Offer?
