About the opportunity
The proactive and experienced Executive Assistant will support the Heads of School across four Academic Units Architecture and Design; Engineering; Geography Planning and Spatial Sciences; and Information and Communication Technology within Sciences and Engineering.
The Executive Assistant plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of these diverse academic units. Responsibilities include providing high-level executive and administrative support managing complex diary and email co-ordination preparing internal and external communications and anticipating the needs of the Heads of School. The role also involves co-ordinating key activities supporting leadership teams and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide high level executive support to four Heads of School.
Prepare high quality documents spreadsheets and briefing materials.
Organise all aspects of meetings for School Leadership Teams and committees.
Assist the Executive Officer Operations and School Coordinators with key projects.
Support co-ordination of marketing and engagement activities and opportunities.
Qualifications
Well-developed high level organisational verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with proven experience in working to deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Demonstrated experience and dedication in delivering exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated competence with a wide range of computer applications.
Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $105,665 comprising base salary within the range of $80,869 to $90,312 plus 17% superannuation.
