Responsibilities
* Provide advice, workshop facilitation, and solution architecture of platforms setup, product structures, and customer segmentation for existing use cases and new opportunities
* Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to validate client requirements and planned scope, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities
* Advise and develop solution architecture for use cases outside the current platform scope
* Deliver supplementary training and enablement for client/partner teams based on requirements and planned products
* Provide training in best practices, advanced analysis, and insights development
* Review approach, design, and delivery of product structure, integration, and downstream system considerations
* Create high-level design of the implementation approach for complex decisions
* Provide ad hoc query support on platform implementation and SME guidance on related programs
* Hands-on delivery on particularly complex or critical features
* Senior roles may take on hands-on business architecture, product development, or engineering activities as needed
* Build and maintain relationships with the client's Business, Product, and Technical leadership
