We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Grasama and Lesha Pty Ltd t/a Railway Tavern Northampton, Western Australia. As a Full time Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs
* Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques
* Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Excellent culinary skills and creativity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Competitive salary of $76000 to $82000 per annum
