Project Lead - Cadastral Surveying
Bennett + Bennett is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Cadastral Surveying team based in Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical support for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and quality across all stages of the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Surveying, registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland highly regarded.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Surveyor, particularly within cadastral projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in surveying methodologies, software, and equipment, familiarity with project management principles.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Solution-focused approach with keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellence.
