About The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager for our Bonds Cairns Store. This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve team budgets and KPIs.
Plan for succession within your team to support their career progression.
Execute Visual Merchandising in-store, using your discretion to make commercial decisions.
Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Coach team members and provide on-the-spot feedback.
Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business results.
