Join an industry leading security provider with a strong pipeline of commercial work and a reputation for quality service. We're looking for an experienced Security Technician Supervisor to lead from the front, support a skilled team, and act as the key link between technicians and clients.
The Role
You'll oversee day‐to‐day service operations, mentor technicians, and ensure high standards across commercial sites. This is a hands‐on leadership role combining technical expertise, client interaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of service technicians
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and the service team
* Provide mentoring, guidance, and technical support
* Ensure high-quality service delivery across commercial sites
* Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
* Assist with troubleshooting, escalations, and system optimisation
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience working on commercial electronic security systems
* Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior technician role
* High-level expertise in electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms)
* Experience with Gallagher, Integriti, and Tecom (preferred)
* Strong experience with CCTV systems (analogue & IP), ideally including:
o IndigoVision
o Network Optix
o Milestone
* Strong networking and IT skills
* Excellent communication skills – both face‐to‐face and over the phone
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced service environment
Requirements
* Current South Australian Security Licence
* Valid Driver's Licence
