Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end administration of sales contracts, including preparation, processing, and compliance checks.
Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, vendors, buyers, and internal teams to ensure timely contract execution.
Maintain CRM and sales databases with accurate, up-to-date information.
Prepare sales documentation, listing agreements, and settlement packs.
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to sales agents.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a real estate sales administration or contract administration role.
Strong understanding of property sales processes and relevant legislation.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in real estate CRMs and contract management systems.
