We are seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager - Technical Services to lead Re.Gen, our technical and project delivery division. Based at Eight Mile Plains (QLD), this senior leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, drafting/design, maintenance projects, project management, procurement, and cost control.
This role is critical to ensuring our engineering and project activities are delivered to the highest standard while aligning day-to-day operational needs with long-term strategic objectives. You will drive integration across Re.Group's operations, lead project governance and team performance, and ensure all work is delivered on schedule and in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.

Balance operational priorities with broader strategic goals across a diverse technical portfolio.
Lead and manage the full range of Re.Gen functions, including engineering, drafting/design, maintenance projects, project management, procurement, and cost control.
High level oversight over the planning and execution of engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
Coordinate resources and lead project teams to deliver outcomes that support both Re.Cycle and Return-It business units.
Provide high-level reporting and communication to senior management, board-level stakeholders, and external partners.
Foster a high-performance team culture through mentoring, feedback, and professional development.
Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations, engineering standards, and environmental obligations.
About you
Significant experience in senior engineering, program, or project leadership roles in complex technical or industrial environments.
Experience working on mechanical projects.
Understanding of the delivery of mechanical projects
Demonstrated success in managing large, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and technical services.
Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level).
Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution, underpinned by excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement, contract management, and risk management capabilities.
A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with the ability to work across multiple sites and functions.
