Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join the finance team on a full-time basis for a 10-month contract, based at the head office located in Henderson. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, this role will suit a motivated professional with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Duties
* Preparation of monthly management reports
* Coordination of end‐of‐month processes and reporting
* Issue, entry, and review of monthly cost‐to‐complete reporting
* Calculation and lodgement of statutory taxes
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow entries
* Labour reporting and analysis
* Debtor claim issuing and management
* Review of creditor payment runs
* Processing of journals
* Management of the asset register system, including reconciliation and maintenance
* Management of inventory systems
* Insurance claims administration
* Assistance with year‐end audit requests and reporting
* Providing support to the Senior Management Accountant as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification (preferred)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting role
* Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage high‐volume workloads
* Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* High attention to detail with sound commercial acumen
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Experience with Pronto software (advantageous)
