Job Description
* Oversee clinical operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations across all 6 clinics.
* Ensure clinics are functioning smoothly and consistently.
* Act as the single point of operational coordination.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Provide leadership and mentoring to team members to foster professional development.
* Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
* Manage resources effectively to meet organisational goals and client expectations.
