Melrose Fascia, Gutter and Roofing are a rapidly growing & highly regarded Roofing company with operations in Sydney, Newcastle, South Coast, and ACT. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motived Roofing plumber to join us at our Nowra office on the South Coast of NSW. Graduate Engineers with some experience in Fascia, Gutter, or Roofing will be considered. You will be an organized, friendly & focused person with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties may include:
- Drive to building sites and measure flashings and roofs.
- Return unused material to the workshop for reuse.
- Contacting and liaising with building supervisors.
- Keeping track of, and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Scheduling of work
- On-site Roof and Flashing measures
- Quality control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your work
- Be a self-starter and show initiative
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to read Site Plans and specifications
- Extensive knowledge or experience in the Building and Construction Industry
- Work cover approved white card and current NSW Drivers Licence (manual) are essential
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Nowra NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
