About the Role:
* Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences
* Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
* Desire, passion, and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
* Initiative and the ability to work both independently, as well as supervise a small team
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary
* 3 years barista experience
* A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
