Establish and manage a team of weekday and weekend staff, ensuring that training, scheduling, and engagement are optimized in order to maximize productivity and satisfy customers.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, restock merchandise, and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage.
- Draft yearly contracts and negotiate with vendors for the prices to achieving cost benefit.
- Evaluating the stockout reports and manage overstocks by liaising with the suppliers to increase throughput.
- Manage cash handling processes, supervise cashiers, and ensure that cash registers are reconciled accurately at the end of each shift.
- Ensuring that the store is well-organized, and merchandised with the correct price tickets and as per the guidelines provided by the parent organisation.
- Preparing the store for quarterly audits and inspections by council and parent organisation.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies ensures a safe and compliant retail environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to make quick, effective decisions, particularly when working weekends or if unexpected challenges arise.
- Provide customer feedback and analyse it in order to identify areas for improvement in both service and operations.
- Generating monthly reports from the sales software for identifying the high selling products for meeting the customer demands.
- Maintain and present a successful track record of achieving financial goals and meeting sales targets established by store management.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
