The Role
Working closely with leading Partner Frank Bannon and other experienced senior practitioners, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented projects and infrastructure disputes lawyer to join our leading Major Projects & Construction team in Sydney.
With a strong pipeline of matters, this role will see you acting for large public sector and tier‐1 contractor clients on complex, high‐value project claims and disputes. There will also be some advisory work in this role. This role offers significant autonomy and client exposure.
The team has successfully acted on some of the largest, high‐profile infrastructure matters in Australia. The team operates on a nationally collaborative basis and you will have the opportunity to work across a multi‐disciplinary practice.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 3+ years post‐admission experience as a lawyer, with a strong academic record
* Strong litigation and/or disputes experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm
* Experience working on major projects and infrastructure disputes and a desire to focus your career in this space
* Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Dedication and commitment to ensuring the highest client service
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
