CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking Project Engineers & Civil Supervisors to support a large-scale infrastructure project in Darwin, Australia. This role will assist the Project Manager and field supervisors with project controls, materials management, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will coordinate directly with our corporate office and contribute to maintaining a smooth and efficient project workflow. Key Responsibilities - Project Engineer Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, statements, and invoices Support Quality Control Manager and Subcontractor Supervisor with tracking subcontractor costs and managing back charges Track and monitor project expenditures Assist with HR tasks including onboarding paperwork Support Project Manager and Superintendents with monthly progress reports and budget maintenance Manage the flow and documentation of technical drawings, submittals, requisitions, and specifications Maintain organised systems for document distribution, transmittals, logs, and correspondence Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business — or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a construction office support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiar with purchasing, receiving, cost control, and office administration practices Experience with Primavera P3/P6 software preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Key Responsibilities - Civil Supervisor Direct and supervise field crew in accordance with construction plans, specs, schedules, and budgets Assist the Superintendent in organizing and scheduling subcontractors for timely completion Monitor project progress, and recommend practical improvements to methods and scheduling Maintain project documentation, including field notes, daily reports, and delivery logs Provide regular updates on work progress and advise of any issues or potential back charges Conduct weekly crew meetings to review scheduled work and ensure alignment Evaluate crew performance and recommend promotions, training, or corrective actions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business — or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a construction office support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiar with purchasing, receiving, cost control, and office administration practices Experience with Primavera P3/P6 software preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills To Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY or get in touch with Paul from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 075 784, or send your resume to paul @celotti.com.au.
