* Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice on best practice recruitment processes.
* Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values and compliance requirements.
* Oversee candidate onboarding, including reference checks, verification of qualifications, and preparation of employment contracts.
Requirements:
Experience in technical White-Collar recruitment, preferably within the civil construction industry.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills, enabling effective engagement at all levels.
