This is an onsite role based at our Cardup facility.
Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with Australian WHS and environmental legislation, standards, and codes of practice
* Maintain a strong presence across manufacturing and site operations, working with supervisors and crews to identify risks and reinforce safe work practices
* Oversee risk management, incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions
* Manage high-risk activities including mobile plant, crane operations, stressing beds, confined spaces, and hot works
* Lead safety culture initiatives through site engagement, toolbox talks, and coaching supervisors
* Oversee emergency preparedness and response planning, including fire, hazardous materials, and bushfire risks
* Monitor HSEQ performance, reporting insights and trends to the CEO and leadership team
* Act as the key contact for external audits, inspections, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in senior HSEQ roles within manufacturing, construction, or heavy industrial environments
* Demonstrated experience managing high-risk operations and heavy mobile plant environments
* Proven experience developing and maintaining ISO-accredited HSEQ management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Strong knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation
* Experience leading incident investigations, risk management, and safe work procedure development
* Ability to influence operational teams, challenge unsafe practices, and build strong safety leadership across supervisors and crews
* Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
* White Card and current WA Driver's Licence
What We Offer
* Direct reporting line to the CEO with genuine influence across the business
* Opportunity to shape and strengthen HSEQ performance across a growing organisation
