Direct Endoscopy is a growing private day-hospital group operating across multiple sites. We are seeking a reliable, positive, and driven Maintenance & Facilities Officer to support the upkeep, safety, and presentation of our clinical facilities and assist with delivery of stock and equipment between sites.

About the Role
* Part-time position (22,5 hours per week flexible)
* Long-term, secure role within a growing healthcare group
* Work across multiple sites
Key Responsibilities
* General building maintenance and repairs across day-hospital sites
* Painting, plastering, basic carpentry and general handyman duties
* Minor repairs and preventative maintenance
* Pressure cleaning and external site upkeep
* Delivery and movement of stock, consumables, and small equipment between sites as required
* Liaising professionally with site staff to minimise disruption to clinical operations
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment
Skills & Experience
Experience in one or moreof the following is preferred:
* General maintenance / handyman work
* Carpentry
* Painting and plastering
* Basic tiling or repairs
* Fencing or minor landscaping
* Wherehouse and stock

* Trade or maintenance background preferred
* Vaccinated against preventable diseases
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Professional, well-presented and punctual
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
* Willingness to deliver a high level of service

* Position best suited to candidates based within reasonable travel distance of our sites
* Ability to travel between locations as required
