Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Consulting, surgical, and medical case management at a supportive pace
* Participating in a 2-year structured graduate program with rotations in General Practice (Year 1) and Emergency Medicine (Year 2)
* Engaging in hands‑on experience, structured modules, and mentorship in both GP and ECC settings
* Working within a team including dedicated mentors, in‑clinic teams, and Regional Clinical Directors
* Utilizing world‑class facilities co‑located with ARH Wollongong and technology such as Heidi Health's AI‑powered notetaking system
* Joining a national graduate cohort for peer support and shared learning
About You
The company is looking for:
* A veterinary degree recognised by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council
* A passion for learning and commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care
* A desire to explore both General Practice and Emergency Medicine pathways
Compensation & Benefits
* Permanent, full‑time role
* 64 hours clinical + 12 hours paid study per fortnight during Emergency Medicine year
